Our wooden toy storage signs are a great way to label those toy boxes & drawers to help little ones pack their toys away.
 
It's safe to say most parents struggle with toy storage...it's definitely an issue in our home! We think you'll love the finishing touch that these signs add to what can sometimes be rather plain storage solutions for your play space. 
 
Made from a sustainably sourced 6mm thick Oak or Walnut veneer wood, these are designed, laser cut and beautifully hand finished by us in our workshop just outside of York. 
 
We have designed these signs to be a perfect size for the popular Kallax storage boxes from Ikea, however they will suit any storage of a similar size.
 
Size: 6.5-8.5cm high x maximum 28cm wide.
 
The width of each sign will vary depending on the number of letters in the word. For any words or names requested which would be longer than 28cm, we will reduce the size of the writing to fit within the 28cm maximum. This may mean reducing the height slightly to make it fit. 
 
Examples of sizes are:
 
"Blocks" = 21.5cm wide x 6.5cm tall
 
"Books" = 18.5cm wide x 6.5cm tall
 
"Cars" = 16.5cm wide x 6.5cm tall.
 
How To Order:
Please choose the quantity of signs required and the wood type from the drop down menu.
Please note - each separate word needs ordering individually - e.g. "wooden toys" would be 2 words. 
Enter the list of words or names you wish to be made in the personalisation section. Please double check your spelling and if you want a capital letter at the beginning of the word ensure you type it here with one. Please only list one word per sign, and separate each one with a comma. E.g. books, cars, dolls, lego, Thea, Arthur.
 
Please note the wood grain may vary from that shown in the pictures.
 
If you would like a mock up of your words before buying, please ask. We are more than happy to give you an idea what they will look like, along with sizes. 
 
We will provide a strip of 3M Double Sided Adhesive Tape for you to cut down to size and stick these in place.  Alternatively you can use a hot glue gun to adhere these to your drawers/boxes, which is the easiest and strongest way of attaching them.
