We offer free standard delivery to any UK address for orders of £15 and over.

We will post items 1-5 days after we receive your order.

However, we pride ourselves on making products as soon as possible after the order comes in to us. Sometimes we are able to make and post orders in one day,

so you could receive your order on the very next day after ordering. What an achievement!

Please do bear in mind that as we are working with personalised and handmade items, we do quote a 1-5 day turnaround time to be on the safe side. This also gives us the time for our detailed quality checks, to make sure your item is as good as it can be.

 

• We use Royal Mail First Class, or DHL Express postage to send our packages out to you in the UK.

• If you are overseas, we offer International Delivery worldwide, using Royal Mail International Standard and DHL International.

• If Special Delivery or Signed For options are required, these are also available at check out.

Should there be a problem with one of your Bear and Rose purchases, please just get in touch with us.

If you're not 100% happy with your order and the item is unused and in perfect condition, we'll happily exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery, minus the costs of our postage. Customers are responsible for return/exchange postage costs and a refund will be processed once we have received the items back and verified they are unused.

Please note that if your returned item it not in the perfect condition it was sent to you in, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalised items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

We of course do our utmost to check our products before sending them but in case a naughty one slips through the net, and your Bear and Rose product arrives with any defects, we will of course offer a full refund or replacement. However, a fault resulting from misuse/ mishandling of our products will not result in a refund or replacement.
